  5. Be invited to visit Novéli and investigate Novéli sample store
  6. Offer the most convenient coordination to Novéli to investigate the applicant's credit standing and the target commercial potential
  7. Be qualified as quasi-membership when passing the overall evaluation of Novéli
  8. Sign the Letter of Intent with Novéli, and pay the contract guarantee sum.
  9. Make arrangements to open the shop under the guidance of Novéli.
